RemoteKingdom – licencja użytkownika
(English version below)

Obowiązuje od 22 października 2026 r. Dotyczy serwera RemoteKingdom dla Windows
i aplikacji RemoteKingdom dla Androida (dalej: „Program”).

1. Program jest darmowy. Możesz go instalować i używać bez opłat, prywatnie
   i w firmie, na dowolnej liczbie swoich urządzeń.

2. Program pozostaje własnością autora. Nie wolno go sprzedawać, wynajmować
   ani udostępniać za opłatą, a także rozpowszechniać w zmienionej postaci.
   Nie wolno go dekompilować, deasemblować ani w inny sposób odtwarzać jego
   kodu źródłowego, poza zakresem, na który wprost pozwala prawo.
   Niezmieniony instalator można przekazywać dalej za darmo.

3. Składniki innych autorów (np. sterownik wirtualnego monitora) są objęte
   własnymi licencjami, wymienionymi w pliku THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

4. Program jest udostępniany w obecnej postaci („tak jak jest”), bez
   jakichkolwiek gwarancji, w tym gwarancji przydatności do określonego celu
   i działania bez błędów. Program zmienia ustawienia systemu (np. ekran,
   dźwięk, zaporę) i daje zdalny dostęp do komputera – używasz go na własne
   ryzyko i odpowiadasz za zabezpieczenie dostępu (hasło, PIN, sieć).

5. W zakresie dopuszczalnym przez prawo autor nie odpowiada za szkody wynikłe
   z używania Programu albo z niemożności jego użycia, w tym za utratę danych,
   przerwy w pracy, uszkodzenie sprzętu lub oprogramowania i nieuprawniony
   dostęp do komputera. Nie wyłącza to odpowiedzialności, której prawo nie
   pozwala wyłączyć (np. za szkodę wyrządzoną umyślnie).

6. Program nie wysyła żadnych danych do autora ani podmiotów trzecich.

7. Licencja wygasa, jeśli naruszysz jej warunki; wtedy należy usunąć Program.
   Autor może zmieniać licencję dla przyszłych wersji.

RemoteKingdom – end-user licence

Effective 22 October 2026. Covers the RemoteKingdom server for Windows and the
RemoteKingdom app for Android (the "Software").

1. The Software is free. You may install and use it at no cost, privately and
   at work, on any number of your own devices.

2. The Software remains the author's property. You may not sell, rent or
   otherwise provide it for a fee, or distribute modified copies. You may not
   decompile, disassemble or otherwise reconstruct its source code, except as
   far as the law expressly allows. The unmodified installer may be passed on
   free of charge.

3. Components by other authors (e.g. the virtual display driver) are covered
   by their own licences, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

4. The Software is provided "as is", without any warranty, including any
   warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. The
   Software changes system settings (e.g. display, audio, firewall) and gives
   remote access to the computer - you use it at your own risk and are
   responsible for securing access to it (password, PIN, network).

5. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damage
   arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including loss
   of data, interruptions, damage to hardware or software, and unauthorised
   access to the computer. This does not exclude liability that cannot be
   excluded by law (e.g. for intentional damage).

6. The Software sends no data to the author or to third parties. Details: the

7. The licence ends if you breach its terms; the Software must then be
   removed. The author may change the licence for future versions.
